I’ve spent more than two decades helping companies grow, scale, and navigate change.

The work usually starts with a challenge that doesn’t have an obvious answer. Revenue has slowed. Product and sales aren’t aligned. A company wants to enter a new market. Partnerships aren’t creating the expected value. Leadership is trying to figure out where AI fits. Teams sense something isn’t working but aren’t sure why.

I’ve worked with founders, executive teams, investors, startups, and enterprise organizations to sharpen how teams sell and communicate value, launch new offerings, build strategic partnerships, and bring ideas to market.

Along the way, I built and successfully exited my own company, led sales and large client portfolios at technology consultancies, delivered product strategy from startup to enterprise, and launched enterprise software, including platforms using AI to create competitive advantage.
